换了一个思路，不需要绑定host了

用泛域名A记录绑定局域网ip解决了，加一个Nginx proxy manerger做转发即可

阿里云申请一个域名如yy.zz
阿里云DNS控制台设置泛域名解析，如*.yy.zz A记录绑定到局域网nginx proxy manerger所在的ip如192.168.31.111
在npm里做反向代理解析如a.yy.zz 192.168.31.155:3306

就可以在局域网里用域名来访问了
