Hungarian translation doesn't show

Hi!

I have checked the Hungarian translation for the handbook here - https://github.com/okfn/opendatahandbook/tree/gh-pages/guide/hu And it doesn't show on the handbook itself. Is it not on the correct branch? All seems to be correct.

Ok, it is working, but it is not in the language toolbar (no HU)

@morchickit my guess is that needs to be added somewhere - it may not be automatically computed.

@morchickit @rgrp I guess a new language should be added to _config.yml.
