Improve error report

Problem description

The error report it's a key element of the ODE. However, some of the words used to describe the errors can be too technical for people with no-coding skills. In addition, sentences could be shorter and clearer.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Open the ODE.
• Go to ADD and upload a file with errorrs.
• Click on REPORT

Suggested solution

• Review Data checks from the latest version of the Frictionless framework.
• Write specific sentences for each type of error using plain language.
• Validate messages with ODE developers to make sure interpretation is correct.
