Adding Persian language (i18n)

What's this issue about?

I want to help adding the Persian language for OhMyForm.

Expected behavior

I expect to translate all the necessary strings to localize the interface.

Actual behavior

Currently, Persian language is not supported.

Steps to reproduce

Persian language cannot be selected when initiating a form.

Environment

It is reproducible everywhere.

About the Feature

I intended to contribute in the localization in lokalise but I couldn't find Persian. So I tried adding the language but it seems I have inadequate permissions. What should I do?
