[Feature Request] Add dynamic Fields

Hi,

my feature request is pretty simple. If I want to add familiy members, I have to do it for each in a single request. If there're families with the same name, the relation of the members are lost.

I can add 10 - 20+ static fields as workaround.

Dynamic fields would be a better way to do this.

• define a set of fields for a group "person"
• in the form:
  • add person 1
  • add person 2

Or some custom field types e. g. dates.

Alternative: Add the ID of the previous request to the current, if I press a button "add next member".

Usecase: (Pre-)Registration of e. g. refugees or for family events, adventure trips...
