Email confirmation does not work

What's this issue about?

Coming from the Docker setup which led us to the discovery of #161, we have also experienced difficulties in confirming email addresses.

Expected behavior

The email confirmation link confirms the email account.

Actual behavior

An empty website loads with an indecipherable message:

There's nothing visible in the browser console.

As per the definition in https://github.com/ohmyform/ohmyform/blob/master/examples/docker_nginx/default.conf, which has been replicated for Traefik, no /confirm requests are routed to the api container, but rather to the ui, if that is of any help.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an account
2. Click the confirmation link

Same problem here with Nginx Proxy Manager as the proxy server.
