I mean ctrl+a, ctrl+b like fast navigation binds.
And... I have no idea how it can be fixed :(

And others work as expected? e.g. Ctrl+F and Ctrl+E

Unfortunately no :(

And do they work on other shells like zsh and bash?

That being the case — as I expect — can you please share what theme is being used?

Yes, on other shell it works properly. And on fish without omf it works.
The problem appears after omf installed.

Sure, I use default theme. Now I switched on agnoster and result is same :(

Other information about omf if you need it:

Oh My Fish version: 7
OS type: Linux
Fish version: fish, version 3.5.1
Git version: git version 2.38.1
Git core.autocrlf: no
Checking for a sane environment...
Your shell is ready to swim.

Have you confirmed they also don't work on a different terminal emulator? For instance: x-terminal-emulator, gnome-terminal or terminator.

One other thing you can try is to:

  1. Comment the line that reads source $OMF_PATH/init.fish in $HOME/.config/fish/conf.d/omf.fish — which deactivates Oh My Fish, so remember to uncomment
  2. Restart Fish with exec fish -li
  3. Play with Ctrl+A and Ctrl+B — that will tell you whether Oh My Fish is messing with key bindings
