It is quite common for CI scripts designed for Unix to assume that python2 or python3 exist, and use them as a way to ensure the correct runtime is used.
Is it desirable to add a wrapper .cmd or similar, or even copy python.exe to pythonX.exe, so that this assumption holds true on AppVeyor?
