ResponseDeserializerException is thrown when errors property present - However ResponseDeserializerException should also include data if it's present.

It is, yes. We're a small team and cannot afford to do feature work all the time, as we maintain the GitHub SDKs for JS, .NET, and Ruby as well as the GitHub Terraform provider. PRs are always appreciated!
