add to faq: "reference to undefined global" when starting ocsigenserver #119

I'm just getting up and running with ocsigen (via agarwal/eliom-starter) so it took me a bit of googling to figure out that this error

ocsigenserver -c config.xml
ocsigenserver: ocsigen:main: Fatal - Error in configuration file: Error while parsing configuration file: Eliom: while loading _build/_server/eliom-starter.cma: error while linking _build/_server/eliom-starter.cma.
ocsigenserver: ocsigen:main: Reference to undefined global `Xword'

was due to the fact that dependencies need to be added to config.xml as well as to myocamlbuild.
