Docker & All Studio - allow to link across layers i.e. between files & designers

1. between OCCI conf files only : ecore editor > LoadResource OK (but not practical)
2. between OCCI generated designers : drag'n'drop OK BUT

• dnd has to be defined (new Drop Container in Tools section) => some ideas: could it be generated ? in a generic manner for kinds outside the generic designer's extension ? or for all kinds of imported / ref'd extensions ??
• requires to copy the source designer's conf in the target designer else dnd'd resource won't be visible there => same thing ?
• does a copy rather than a reference like in the ecore-files only solution (though contained resources won't be copied but only referenced i.e. visible within) (even with CTRL) => could it be patched ?

Note that for now when dnd'ing a VM, it's docker containers can't be linked.

Solution (@wpiers) : add a tool to the palette of the Sirius configuration editor that lists OCCI designers, lets choose the concept to cross link to, and adds it (as well as containing concepts if any ex. VMs ?) to the configuration as well as adds a dnd & copy/paste.
