Currently, all events that OBS Studio reports are transient. If you don't read them when they pop up at the status bar, too bad. It should probably keep track of these events, even if only the important ones, in a list that can be visited after stream.

mockups: Sketch out notifications & status bar

This is mostly a relayout + restyle of the current status bar,
added the notifications list.

Still very WIP.
