Redirect not created when slug changes #91

Retour will also automatically create a redirect for you if you change an entry's slug, or move an entry around in a Structure.

Is there any conditions that needs to be true for this to happen? I can't get this to work. The steps I'm doing is:

Create a new entry
Open entry url
Change slug, save
Try to hit old entry url results in a 404.

@aelvan I'm not aware of that happening, I'll see if I can reproduce it.
