my persian words are encoded

Hey,
i'm making a sitemap for my site and all my routes have persian letters in them, but it is encoded and the urls are all like the example below:
/%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%B9%D9%84-%DA%AF%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%88%D8%A6%DB%8C%D9%84%DB%8C-%D9%BE%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%B4%DA%AF%D8%A7%D9%87%DB%8C
Please give me a solution for this
