Describe the issue

We need to somehow verify the validity of the pre-fetched repo cache.

We check jsons validity based on the repo-cache values, so it is extremely dangerous not to verify the repo-cache in the first place.

Patch it alongside with #90

Argumentation

  • validation of the downloaded repo cache
