Update GitHub.io website to be tracking on the latest system requirements/changes, such as Python version, etc.

Highly recommend, as an action item to be added to the list, the website at https://nsacyber.github.io/WALKOFF is woefully out-of-date in terms of which versions of Python it says WALKOFF works with, as well as the Overview video which is in danger of leading new users down various rabbit holes.
