As discussed on #233, there is no stralloc_free() on DJB's qmail.

Most likely because it is made of either short-lived programs that exit() (letting the OS freeing memory), either long-running programs that keep data structures in memory.

Does it matter? Do we want to bring a stralloc_free() in?
