Rethink about group qmail ownership #220

Quite a few things have ownership of group qmail instead of just root. I doubt this really adds any benefit.

/var/qmail and /var/qmail/bin
several of the binaries, when they are not setgid
manpages and other documentation

It looks like everything is installed as gid qmail just in case, which IMHO doesn't make much sense.
