Global block links doesn't add "Global link" menu item for blocks

What is happening?
With Global block links enabled, the menu of a block doesn't have "Global link" item.
The menu of a page has it.

What should be happening?
The menu of a block should have "Global link" item too.

Note that the menu of a block has (now) item "Copy link to block" whereas the screenshot in documentation has "Copy link". I suppose that's the reason why it stopped working.

Operating system/browser name & version:
Windows 10 x64, Wavebox Version 10.104.14.2 stable (Chromium 104.0.5112.101)

Global block links will be deprecated in v0.12.0, when copying the link of a block and then pasting it into a page you get the option to "Paste and sync," which accomplishes natively what the extension was originally developed to do (#294).
