to reproduce:

  • submit "bank account"
  • submit "bank transfer"
  • omit to submit bank services
  • create a second player
  • transfer some money

The result will be that the transaction is canceled: no bank services are found after some time.
This look fine...
But the last action will block the reload of the game, when stopping/restarting.
