Unable to add RED editor using eclipse help add new software zip feature file for RED[RED_feature_0.9.5.202007241017.zip] when either "Contact all update sites during install to find required software" is unchecked or there is no internet connection

Description:
There is no internet connection to the environment in Linux
So I need to install everything using the packages
I have yum installed python, pip and pip installed robotframework. However I am not able to add RED editor using eclipse help add new software zip feature file for red
