Now a user has to be authenticated before they can edit a proposal or add or edit submissions to a proposal.

This provides the first step to protecting the quality of the data on the site, but it isn't enough. Still anyway, can sign in effortless (passwordless) and make changes.

Ideally, there would be a Wikipedia/Google docs-style history of edits that admins can view. This way, the integrity of the data can be continuously reviewed and maintained as the user base grows.

Perhaps this is displayed on an admin-only dashboard page in order of time of edit.
