I used a combination of the German Traffic Sign Recognition Dataset: https://benchmark.ini.rub.de/gtsrb_news.html, Places365: http://places2.csail.mit.edu/download.html, and Street View House Numbers: http://ufldl.stanford.edu/housenumbers/. Your mileage may vary as the captcha challenges have likely changed since I made this, so you may need to find more images of certain subjects, or tweak which categories you use from Places365.
