E10i (robyn) JB kernel crashes with headset plugged in #1

I started to have this issue once I have flashed the newest (05) kernel. I was hoping that the routing problems were caused by the 03 kernel (I was wrong) so I flashed the newest one.

When I plug in the headset (the one that came with the x10 mini) the whole phone hangs. After about 15-30 seconds it reboots and if the headset isn't removed, the phone stops booting in the middle of the kernel's loading screen animation. Also, no logcat messages are printed out just before the crash.

ROM (if it helps in any way): miniCM10-4.1.0-robyn

Also, I randomly receive OS crashes (for example, when running youtube). The phone wasn't overclocked, I'll try to grab a few logcat entries for everything.

I have the same problem with the U20i (mimmi), with the kernel 2.6.32.61-nAa-jb-06 and also with the previous version, 2.6.32.60-nAa-jb-05 (I haven't tested the olders).
When I plug the headset the phone freeze as described by Paulius5.
I have tested with different roms: Minicm10 (different versions) , and MiniCM7-2.2.2, and the same problem. I changed to the kernel 2.6.29.6-nAa-14 (with MiniCM7) and the problem disappear, when I connect the headphone, instantaneously appear the information about the media volume.
