New Feature keys for ML capability. For Tizen 2024-M2 Release.

• http://tizen.org/feature/machine_leaning.hardware
  • bool / true if there is an NPU support
  • The platform returns true for the rest of feature keys if this is true.
• http://tizen.org/feature/machine_leaning.hardware.number
  • int / the number of NPUs.
• http://tizen.org/feature/machine_leaning.hardware.names
  • string / comma-separated list of NPU names (e.g., TV2,TV2,Exynos)
• http://tizen.org/feature/machine_leaning.hardware.versions
  • string / comma-separated list of NPU versions (e.g., 2.4.0,2.3.1,5.5)
• http://tizen.org/feature/machine_leaning.hardware.tops
  • string / comma-seperated list of NPU TOPS number (e.g., 8,4,16)
• http://tizen.org/feature/machine_leaning.hardware.inference_framework
  • string / comma-separated list of framework name recognized by machine_learning.inference (e.g., trix-engine,trix-engine,tensorflow2-lite)
• http://tizen.org/feature/machine_leaning.hardware.default_clockspeed
  • string / comma-separated list of default clock speed in MHz. Some NPUs may have DVFS and run at a different clock speed. (e.g., 800,1000,1500)
