Ubuntu 22.04 support date? ==> 2022-08-05 (Published)

Hi!
nnstreamer is super working well on Ubuntu 20.04 version!

But, I tried to install nnstreamer on ubuntu 22.04 and I got the issue below.

It's not urgent. I'm just wondering 22.04 support date :)

We do not have any confirmed plans or dates for 22.04 support.
If any of contributors becomes interested, it'll be done in a few days, I believe, though.
It appears that a few packages need some care (there are packages dropped in 22.04; we need to drop python2 supports, too), but it looks trivial.

We just need anyone who's interested and has some free time (a few days).

Looks like all the known issues for 22.04 are addressed.
It's time to be tesetd in PPA.

nnfw PPA is no more maintained. I'll drop ubuntu/nnfw (ONE Runtime) support from 22.04 Samsung/ONE#7196 (@chunseoklee )

Enabling nnfw in 22.04 seems to take quite long time(due to python dependancy).
I just notice that nnfw PPA is broken(I will take a look). Thank you for notice.

Fixed: openvino (dldt) for jammy
Fixed: TVM for jammy

After all fixes merged and deployed, let's test w/ nnstreamer-ppa build again.

@designe PPA/Launchpad will deploy nnstreamer packages for Ubuntu 22.04 about 4~8 hours after merging #3848

Nah... Ubuntu 22.04 PPA build is fine. But the unit test fails with Ubuntu 22.04. PPA/22.04 deployment cannot be done today.
