Large zip archive 500Gb does not download with download plugin

Perhaps some additional settings are needed?

I heavily recommend to exflitrate by temporarly uploading the file to a web-accessible directory, and then wget it before you remove it. Be creative, you can name it 'favicon.ico' or something less suspicious on web logs. Phpsploit sometimes fails with very large files, due to the large amount of needed requests (and even if it works, it's not very stealthy to send 1000 requests)

If not possible, you might consider splitting the file (man split) before exfiltrating each piece. You can also exfiltrate through ssh if you can privesc to a real shell.
