Error: Retrying 3/15 or buffering

Hi guys, I need your help. Two weeks ago (or something like that) my Twitch app stopped working (and I kind of believe it is somehow related to the software update which was downloaded and installed around the same time). I tried to reinstall the app completely but it's still the same. The issue is that every single stream I try to load is either stucked on Retrying 3/15 or runs for like 2 or 3 secs and then keeps buffering forever. I thought it might be a more widespread issue so I waited for a week but nothing showed up on here. Do any of you know what's wrong? I miss Twitch so much! Thanks. :)

Edit: My TV is UE32K5602 and the current software version is 1142.

Same problem here. Any idea what is the reason and how to solve it? The TV model is UE50KU6000

Same here tv ks7000.

Same here, TV is UE40KU6020. First few seconds streams and then gets stuck, usually on buffering: 24% or similar.

Same. Mine is UN50KU6000G. Left it buffering for 5 hours and nothing.

Same here, 55 series 6000 from 2016. App receives the following error:

"PLAYER_SPARSE_TRACK_DETECT"

I tried debugging this and make sure the error is handled but without luck. Basically as soon as this happens the buffering stops. Also from what I saw this error comes from the AdFramework library - which doesn't make much sense since it's not being used.
