Alexa error on the first call

Describe the bug
I installed nightscout with heroku and the eco-plan + connection to an alexa skill having followed this part: https://github.com/nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor/blob/master/docs/plugins/alexa-plugin.md

Everything works fine except that I have the impression that the server goes into a sleep state after a certain time and when we make a request with Alexa such as "alexa asks nighscout (name of the skill) how i'm doing?":

• 1st request => error
• 2nd request => ok

I also had this issue with the provider fly.io

Your setup information

• nightscout version 15.0.2
• i use nightscout share with "connect" env var ( it's work )
• i use mongodb atlas

Any ideas?
