Describe the bug
Nightscout is crashing at start after mongo db was dropped and made again because of clients with readable tokens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Stop NS.
Drop db/Make new one.
Don't disconnect clients with readable tokens (Nightguard, Owlet, itc).
Start NS.
NS will crash as soon as the client connects.

Expected behavior
Don't crash, but display a warning.

Your setup information

What version of Nightscout - 15.0.2.
Clients - Owlet, NightGuard.
AUTH_DEFAULT_ROLES=denied
