Properly Identify Files Flagged As FILE NOT SHARED #2985

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, if you have files queued from a user, and the user MOVES those files (which MANY people do!) then the file is flagged as FILE NOT SHARED. It would seem that there should be a way to identify that the file is no longer in the identified path.

Ideally, N+ should then re-scan the users shares to locate the applicable files and re-add them to the queue (and then remove the invalid files from the queue).

Additional context

I know, a lot to ask and might be tricky to do, but it would REALLY help - especially when people have a lot of files queued. :-)
Thanks!!!
