Types of Data to add

• Easy primary file useful for lots of stuff (we think US American Community Survey)
• A time-series dataset (same individuals over time)
• A dataset that has to be chunked (too big to read in all at once on any sane computer)
• A dataset divided into lots of little files that one needs to concatenate (Prepping NYC 311 data)
• Datasets that can be merged in interesting way (preferably not just 1:1)?

Git LFS has a 2gb size limit, so put in dropbox link to full NYC311 data (12gb -- hopefully enough to break most laptops if loaded directly? May try and find something else that's > 16gb...)
