Summary

Adding the functionality to upload, manage and play sounds of the soundboard feature on Discord as soon as available via Discord API

What is the feature request for?

The core library

The Problem

So far there is no functionality implemented. discord/discord-api-docs#6260

The Ideal Solution

Managing sounds for discord servers via nextcord library and being able to playback sounds on servers

The Current Solution

None or make a soundboard with your discord Bot
