Show more Informations in Polls Overview #3166

Yes, Sorry for the wrong wording.
Oh... I thougt if I just invite X Accounts via the share feature, the poll would be limited to these Accounts only and therefore does have max Participants.
Could be a Date Poll only Feature!? This sorting is so helpful for me to find dates in larger groups! |
hehe. No sorry. Sometimes I just ask, to avoid further misunderstandings.
Ah. OK. Now I understand. You mean the max number of participants of polls, which are only accesible by invitation. This means, only polls, without public share and which are not open to any user of the site have a maximum. Federation is used as the connection between different instances in the nexcloud context. See #1991 Maybe possible, but feels like a bug nest in later development. I have to think it over. With the recent changes, the number of paticipants should be quite easy to determine. Additionally it could need an indicator, where the user already participated.
How many seconds do you bet it takes, if this will be asked for text polls as well. 😉 But all in all it still stays a design challenge. The list has to be subject of rework anyways, I don't like the strict table layout because it still works with breakpoints. But your requests should be splittet in separate issues, so they can be solved one by one. |
I will create separate issues in the next days and will let this one open until then. |
Describe the goal you'd like to achieve
As a poll owner, I want to be able to see more information in the Polls Overview, because it helps to get a quick overview if you have multiple polls running.
Possible information (sorted by importance for me):
Describe possible solutions
Since this would be an information overload on small screens, more information should become visible if the frame width increases.
Example:
I know, that it is not that easy, because it also depends on the screen size, text size and maybe other Parameters. But I hope this example explains it well enough.
