Manifestationにタグをつけると、ブックマーク用の書誌が新たに作られてしまう...

これは、ブックマークの対象のURLがEnjuのものかどうかが正しく設定されていないためです。
Docker環境の場合、以下のように設定する必要があります。

rails c -e production

LibraryGroup.first.update(url: ENV['ENJU_LEAF_BASE_URL'])
