configure: error: Package requirements (xrdp >= 0.10.0) were not met:

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables XRDP_CFLAGS
and XRDP_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Anything else?

When installing xrdp, it seems to go to /usr/local/sbin/xrdp. Even though when running ./configure in the xrdp repo, it says it will install to /usr/local/bin but ends up in /usr/local/sbin instead.

Wasn't sure if this is an issue for this repo or xorgxrdp

Could you let us know again the exact version of both xrdp and xorgxrdp?

I've tried both 0.9.25 and the beta version 0.10 for xrdp and for xorgxrdp I tried 0.9.20 and 0.10.0 respectively.

Just to be clear, you're sure using xrdp v0.10 when trying to compile xorgxrdp v0.10, same with v0.9 and v0.9, right?

Now I will assume that you are using the correct combination of versions. Where's the installation location of xrdp? xorgxrdp uses the .pc file of the pkgconfig mechanism to find xrdp. Have you let pkg-config know the path of xrdp.pc file when running xorgxrdp configure?
