Ah, that's interesting. I did notice somebody made an HBN analysis and thought it was odd. In a way its technically a bug that you can create an analysis with HBN via search, but I'm OK w/ letting that stand. I think the easiest short term fix is to upload via pyNS. Check out the doc string on this function: https://github.com/neuroscout/pyNS/blob/master/pyns/endpoints/predictor.py Basically, you need to pass a list of For example:
This would mean that Obviously that requires querying The Given a
Give that a shot, and lmk if you have any issues. I think we could probably make this function easier to use in |
I'm a little stuck here, I tried to upload the predictors it failed and I have an error: I will paste my command and the file below: pyNS command

I think the issue is that I think the assumption here is that across all the files the columns should be the same, so you should only need a single description object. The following should work:

Might be a good idea to validate inputs |
That fixed it - thanks! Was able to upload the predictors |
It is possible via the web interface to run analyses on HBN by searching for it on the web interface (even though it is somewhat out of date/hidden) but it's not possible to upload new predictors via the website since there is no dataset search function on the upload new predictors page.
I'm working with a student and we want to try out a new predictor on some HBN subjects but can't do it via the web - would it be easy to enable the search function there or show HBN on the new predictors page?
alternative:
when the tutorials are fleshed out can see how to do this via pyNS to get around this, but I'm not sure how to do that myself
