I ran bids/ndmg through the docker container on 64 direction dMRIs, everything ran smoothly, but I'm having trouble with the HarvardOxford edgelist, the ROI labels don't seem to correspond between the atlas file in the container, and the edgelist labels. For the other label sets the correspondence is fine, eg. desikan.nii.gz contains labels 1-70, as does the edgelist. However, for HarvardOxford the edgelist has labels 1-111, HarvardOxford.nii.gz contains labels 10-4802 (below). Is there a lookup table available to convert between the two? ROI names would also be helpful.
Thanks!
Kevin

Hi Kevin, we are aware of this issue and are currently fixing it. While the atlases themselves are correct and the connectomes they generate, the labeling and numbering may be off. We will be updating our atlases with labels if possible (as some do not correspond to clear anatomical areas) soon.
