BUG: Raw Content shows no formatting when inline editing

Current Behavior

The CSS reset in the raw content mode completely removes nearly all formatting options that one could use in the CK Editor.
Therefore it cannot be used to edit rich text.

Expected Behavior

All default formatting options are also visible when using them.

Steps To Reproduce

Make text bold or use any other CK option in the Raw Content Mode.

Environment

- Flow: any
- Neos: 7.3 +
- PHP: any
