Add support for the GameBoy Link Cable

The GameBoy Link Cable allows the Game Boy Advance to become a peripheral of the GameCube or Wii. The GameBoy's buttons could be used as a HID based on code from the Game Boy Interface, specifically the enhanced mGBA port from the GitHub, and a driver for the LED could be developed similar to the abandoned VMU display driver on LinuxDC.
