4 New Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8gb, on new rises.
All have same bios, same drivers, same settings.
Running Claymore/Ethermine only, no dual.
GPU0 and GPU1 run a steady 31mh/s
GPU2 and GPU3 won't go over 12.5 mh/s
Did a -di 23 and the two both still ran 12.5 mh/s
I'm stumped and welcome any advice.
