tried to install secureuxtheme, and fucked up

ok so, i tried to install it on the latest version of windows 10, but as soon as it rebooted upon finishing instalation, the logon screen broke and only displays a glitchy square. i followed the steps from the login loop FAQ page, and no luck. my windows is currently unusable and i actually don't know what to do.

Try booting into safe mode and uninstalling the program there. Thats probably the most promising way of fixing it. If not you may have to reinstall windows, but that’s just a last resort.
