The "New Libraries" section was meant to showcase cool libraries that are up-and-coming, to expose them to new users to help them develop and grow. However, some of the libraries in the "New Libraries" section have not seen issues/updates/activity in over a year. I do not want to remove them, as someone who is interested in the area may want to fork these well-made repos for their own work.

Should they stay where they are? Should we create a new section for inactive libraries? Should we remove them altogether?

I think it is better to create a new section for inactive libraries!

I'd say a shorter collection is a better collection, so maybe it's better to remove projects that have not seen a commit in over a year or so.
