Cross promotion of CAPE

We're looking for opportunities to promote CAPE on our own platforms, and I wondered if it might be a contender for the message users see when they mark that their message was/was not replied to - I am not sure what's there at the moment, perhaps an invitation to visit WDTK?

The messaging could be something like:
"What's your local council doing about climate? Take a look at CAPE, our Climate Action Plan Explorer, to find out.

Please let me know if you can think of any other or better places for this messaging, or if cross-promotion of this sort causes any problems - thanks!
