Problem creation convert page wording on buttons unclear

Without the context from the question "Do you want others to support you" the wording on the buttons is unclear regarding what effect clicking them will have. I interpreted the "no thanks" button as "cancel this problem report" and was about to click on the green "Yes, why not?" button as I assumed it was to confirm creation, but the wording made me pause and read more closely.

I'd suggest changing the wording on the buttons to be more specific - perhaps "create on-going campaign" and "create one-off report", and move the text of the question closer and perhaps link it very clearly to the buttons.
