Allow editing from confirmation email

Confirmation email reads:

[...]

Your name will be shown on the site as: [name]

Your problem report had the subject: [subject]

And description: [body]

This seems to be the point at which people realise their name will be public on the site. Could we give them a link to edit it (and their report) at this point?
