Request Reduce make my site Down with 500 Internal Server Error

Hi, I'm trying to use Request Reduce with my site using nopCommerce 2.80, I followed all instructions for implementing this. But on my local machine as well as on live site (hosted on shared account) I got 500 Internal Error. Once I remove the lines of Request Reduce from web config, it start to work again.

I checked through all documentation and error log, but found nothing. Can you please help how to solve this. Any idea?

Eager to use Request Reduce for my site.
