Since 5.0.0 beta 33, Joy releases are being published under the next tag on npm, rather than the latest tag.
Expected behavior
Releases are being published under latest.
Context
This presumably happens because the other packages have moved to v6 alpha, but since this continues the beta releases for Joy within the version 5.0 range, this seems like its a mistake (either because the npm tag is being applied incorrectly or Joy itself should also have moved on to v6.0).
