Need to get information on Installer

We need to figure out/contact old team about how they made installer so we can have deliverables to OIT

It also seems that the old installer did not correctly install the Scanner DLL

I think Cyrus was the one that put the installer together?

Okay, I am not sure we even want to have a full installer. Maybe try to make a portable version so OIT can place on a flash drive or something and run from there. That way the program is not on the computer for others to execute.

That'd be interesting to look into...Have it run from a flash-drive. We
could then store the database on the flash-drive too?
