fish_config doesn't work as expected

Try set MSYS=winsymlinks:nativestrict but not work.

 fish_config
fish could not be executed at path 'C:/msys64/usr/bin/fish'. Is fish installed correctly?

Expected behavior

fish_config should start the web-based configuration interface.

 fish_config browse
